"Having just completed the 12 week Be Your Best Self course I just had to share how refreshing it was to learn from someone who is so open and honest and genuine! Barbs creates a safe space for you to do the same and have some raw and honest conversations. I could not have imagine a life without bread but for the first time she has made me think about what it is doing to my insides rather than how many calories it is! I learned that we are all different and what works for someone else might not work for me and how to explore those options that are going to work specially for me. There were so many learnings I loved it and all backed up with workbooks to keep you on track and refer to if life gets busy and you don’t make one of the calls.
